Unternehmensbeschreibung

Avnet Memec gehört mit Silica und EBV zusammen zu Avnet Electronics Marketing (Avnet EM). Die Memec-Gruppe wurde von Avnet im April 2005 übernommen. Die Distributoren Memec-Unique und Memec-Insight wurden dabei aufgelöst bzw. zu Avnet Memec eingeteilt.Zur gleichen Zeit wurde 2005 das Avnet-EM Tochterunternehmen WBC aufgelöst und in Avnet Memec und EBV zugeteilt.
