Unternehmensbeschreibung

Die Informationen zu diesem Unternehmen dienen dem Erhalt der Geschichte.

Seit dem 1. Oktober 2009 hat Arrow, seine beiden Distributoren SPOERLE und SASCO zu Arrow Central Europe GmbH zusammengeführt.

Im Jahr 1996 war Spoerle der führende Distributor in Deutschland und erzielte einen Jahresumsatz von 940 Millionen Euro. Der Großteil von 70 %, gehörte zur Distributionsfirma Arrow Electronics. Bereits 1993 erwarb Spoerle den Distributor SASCO.

Die Unielectronic Vertriebs GmbH mit Sitz in Dortmund wurde in Spoerle Electronic integriert. Weitere Tochterunternehmen von Arrow waren Microtronica sowie die schweizerische Industrade AG.

Spoerle Electronic zeichnete sich als Broadliner aus und besaß die umfangreichste Linecard von elektronischen Bauelementen in Zentraleuropa.
